Visits by appointment are preferred, as our teachers may be in lessons. We would love to speak with you so simply get in touch before dropping by!
Booking a first lesson
Send these four things and we can usually confirm a slot in one message rather than five.
Violin starts from four years old, cello from six.
Not sure? Say so, and tell us which sound the student likes more.
Complete beginners are the norm here, not the exception.
"Weekday after 4pm" or "Saturday morning" is enough. We reply with what is actually free that week.
Finding the studio
Look for the lit Bowed Strings Music Studio shopfront on the ground floor of Blk 305.
Before your first lesson
You do not need to own an instrument. Borrow one of ours for the lesson, and keep borrowing for as long as you need while you decide. Beginners take home a free booklet.
Parents are welcome to sit in on a child's private lesson. Group classes run without parents in the room, and you will get progress updates over WhatsApp instead.
